I am originally from Denver, CO and came to Knoxville to pursue a degree in veterinary medicine from UT. When not caring for our furry clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, sons and menagerie of pets. I also love to spend time outdoors.

I have a special interest in animal behavior and helping our patients be as stress-free as possible during visits to our office, as well as focusing on preventative care and weight-loss management. I love working with this amazing team of doctors and staff here at Fairview Animal Hospital.

I am from Middle, TN, and attended the University of Tennessee for undergraduate and veterinary school. In my free time, I enjoy riding my horse “Goose”, camping and hiking, eating Mexican food, and spending time with my husband and furry family! I am a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady and am passionate about feline medicine. I also enjoy geriatric care, anesthesia, and pain management.

Dr. Alexis Brossett
I am a graduate from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. My professional interests include dentistry, oncology and surgery. I believe veterinary medicine is about giving animals the best quality of life while also addressing their owners’ well-being. Animals cannot speak to us, but their owners can, and their relationship is what makes the human-animal bond so special. I love that I get to be a part of that! I look forward to being a source of education and support to my clients! I enjoy my spare time with my Weimaraner, Aspen and Bengal cat Mila.

Dr. Harlee Williford
Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine

I am originally from San Diego, California, and earned my veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, completing my clinical year at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. I am excited to begin my career at Fairview Animal Hospital and serve the pets and people of our community.

My professional interests include avian and exotic animal medicine, dermatology, preventative care, and client education. I enjoy caring for a wide variety of species, and I am passionate about creating a low-stress experience for both patients and their families. My goal is to partner with pet owners to help their companions live happy, healthy lives.

Outside of the hospital, I enjoy spending time with my husband, exploring the outdoors, and traveling. At home, our family includes Clyde, our black Labrador Retriever, Nutmeg, our Devon Rex cat, and Pepper, our leopard gecko.

I look forward to building lasting relationships with my clients and becoming a trusted resource for their pets throughout every stage of life.

Amy has been in the Vet Med field for 10 years. She began her career as a Customer Service Representative and slowly began to cross-train in various roles throughout the hospital. She found her passion in Practice Management and supported her team to ensure they have everything they need to support you and your pets. She has been with Fairview Animal Hospital for a year and is thrilled to be a part of the team!

In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, going to the gym, reading, and hanging out with her fiancé and her dog, Bonnie.

Layla is originally from Memphis, TN and moved to Knoxville for graduate school. After graduating in 2024 from UT graduate school, she came to FAH where she loves to process and analyze samples, and anything involving microscopy! In her downtime, she loves to hang out with her two cats Mabel and Martha, crochet, and watch cooking shows! She hopes to one day became a veterinarian and has always had a passion for vet med!

Miranda is a native of Maryville, TN. She has always had a love for animals, especially cats. Her coworkers have diagnosed her as ‘the crazy cat lady.’ When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 kids, and 6 cats (yes, SIX!) She loves being able to care for your pets here at FAH.

Esme enjoys learning and growing in the veterinary field. She loves supporting the team, helping clients and their pets, and meeting all the furry friends who come through the doors.

Outside of work, she spends time with her three cats and enjoys hiking and nature walks with her Belgian Malinois, Ladybird.
